Job description
We're seeking a technically strong Scrum Master to support a software engineering organization delivering modern digital products and platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands Agile delivery but can also engage meaningfully in engineering discussions involving architecture, technical dependencies, release planning, APIs, CI/CD, and software quality.
You'll serve as a servant leader who removes delivery obstacles, strengthens Agile execution, and enables engineering teams to operate efficiently at scale., * Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach engineering teams on Agile principles and delivery best practices
- Partner with engineering leaders to understand architecture decisions and technical dependencies
- Drive visibility into sprint progress, delivery risk, velocity, and team health metrics
- Remove blockers and protect teams from scope disruption and delivery interruptions
- Support backlog refinement and ensure stories meet readiness standards
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives across process, automation, and quality
- Coordinate communication across engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC and modern engineering practices
- Experience supporting CI/CD environments and release processes
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud architecture, and microservices environments
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and collaboration platforms, * CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification
- Prior hands-on background in software engineering, QA automation, or systems engineering
- Healthcare, commercial technology, or supply chain domain experience
- Experience mentoring teams and driving Agile maturity initiatives
