Senior AWS Infrastructure & Automation Engineer

Title: Senior AWS Infrastructure & Automation Engineer Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract Experience: Senior Level Our client is seeking a Senior AWS Infrastructure & Automation Engineer to partner closely with technology leadership in supporting, optimizing, and automating enterprise cloud infrastructure. This role will be responsible for assessing the current AWS environment, improving operational efficiency through automation, enhancing platform reliability, and supporting knowledge transfer across the IT organization. Responsibilities: Support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure supporting critical applications and services. Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Qualifications: 5+ years of AWS infrastructure engineering experience in enterprise environments. Strong experience with AWS services

including EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, and related technologies. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
