Job description
The IT Support Technician will provide frontline technical support for end users, ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems, devices, and communications tools across the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting diverse users, and working across desktop, mobile, networking, and collaboration technologies. The position will partner closely with internal technology staff to maintain a reliable and secure IT environment while delivering exceptional customer service., * Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, mobile devices, and business applications
- Configure, deploy, image, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripheral equipment
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, cloud-based technologies, and end-user productivity tools
- Assist with telecommunications, VoIP systems, audiovisual equipment, printers, and office technology infrastructure
- Maintain accurate technology inventory records and assist with equipment shipping, receiving, and asset management
- Document support activities, technology changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting resolutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Productivity software support?, * Minimum of 2+ years of professional IT support, desktop support, service desk, or technical support experience
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and cloud-based applications
- Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring computers in a business environment
- Proven troubleshooting experience with PC hardware, software, wireless networks, smartphones, and end-user devices
- Familiarity with Apple devices, remote support tools, and basic network troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to support non-technical users
- Desired certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, ITIL Foundations, Microsoft Fundamentals, Google IT Support, or AWS Cloud Practitioner, * IT support: 2 years (Required)
