Job description

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to ensure reliable data availability, quality, and accessibility across the organization. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with modern data technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines.

  • Build and optimize large-scale data processing systems.
  • Develop and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and databases.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows and performance.
  • Implement automation and best practices for data management.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources and platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for data systems.
  • Stay current with emerging data engineering tools and technologies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as Airflow, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies.
  • Professional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
