Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and oversee a portfolio of complex, multi-domain initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for driving alignment, execution, and visibility across up to seven concurrent projects, many of which are currently in at-risk ("red") status and involve extensive cross-functional dependencies.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, exceptional program leadership skills, and experience navigating highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities., * Provide end-to-end oversight of 7 concurrent, interdependent programs, ensuring alignment to business goals and delivery timelines

Track and manage milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects with up to 19 cross-functional dependent teams.

Coordinate across multiple domains, each with their own program leadership, to drive cohesion and unified execution

Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to move projects from red to green status

Establish and maintain program-level governance, reporting, and communication plans

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and deliverables

Facilitate cross-functional meetings, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making across diverse teams

Provide leadership updates and executive-level reporting on program health and progress

Requirements
Operations Leadership Governance Mitigation Coordinating Communication Accountability Risk Management Decision Making Microsoft Office Technical Acumen Influencing Skills Program Management, * 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, managing complex, enterprise-level initiatives

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects (5-7+) with high levels of interdependency

Strong technical understanding to effectively engage with engineering teams and assess impact of dependencies

Demonstrated success operating in large, highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and business units

Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and dependency mapping

Ability to navigate and influence across diverse personalities and leadership styles

Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level reporting and stakeholder management

Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.

Experience working in the Financial Services industry
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
