Job description

Gitwit Creative, LLC seeks an IT Project Manager, Product Innovation Strategy to drive the development of innovative user interfaces, identifying user needs, market opportunities, and business insights. Lead cross-functional product teams to bring new software to market. Oversee market and landscape research, synthesize findings to inform product design and development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute those plans. Define and drive the Company's UX research approach across all stages of product development, from initial concept to post-launch evaluation. Evaluate and implement effective research methodologies to address project-specific needs, and innovate new approaches when appropriate. Assign work to cross-functional team members conducting qualitative and quantitative research to uncover actionable insights. Direct the informing of product design, development, and implementation, ensuring solutions deliver meaningful impact for both users and businesses.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web-based survey tools?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with UX research. Experience must include: 3 years of experience with utilizing UX research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnography; 2 years of experience with creating journey maps to document product experiences; 2 years of experience with leading cross-functional product teams to bring new software to market; 2 years of experience with utilizing AI tools, including PyTorch and TensorFlow; 2 years of experience with managing a product backlog, product development budgets, timelines, and performance metrics; 1 year of experience with creating wireframes and interaction flows; and 1 year of experience with using survey platforms, including Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and Typeform. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
