Job description
Join our team as a Sr. IT DevSecOps Architect and play a pivotal role in transforming our cloud infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our organization's security and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS GovCloud services.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance application deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate development, security, and operations practices.
- Identify and mitigate security risks proactively, ensuring compliance with government IT standards.
- Automate processes to foster continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS GovCloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Federal Agencies and familiarity with NIST 800.53 FISMA standards.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker or Kubernetes certifications, or HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions like AWS CloudWatch and Grafana.
- Experience with identity and access management in cloud settings.
- Leadership experience and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
