Integration Engineer

• Collaborating with implementation vendors throughout the build process to oversee architectural alignment and technical quality.
• Taking internal leadership of the SAP connector after deployment, managing its monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Engineering high-performance APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between N-SIDE systems and external software.
• Assessing the expansion potential and efficiency of interfaces while tracking critical operational metrics.
• Upholding secure architectural standards, focusing on modern authentication methods and comprehensive documentation.
• Establishing resilient error recovery, logging, and visibility tools to safeguard the reliability of information flows.
• Analyzing client infrastructure to convert business goals into sophisticated technical integration blueprints.
• Utilizing industry-standard protocols and data structures including REST, JSON, and enterprise-grade formats like IDocs.
• Applying advanced scripting to manage complex logic and mapping within integration platforms like SAP CPI.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to guarantee long-term stability and successful system rollouts.

Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical background) is required.

• You possess at least 4 years of professional experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or software engineering.
• You have a proven track record of connecting enterprise software or SaaS solutions with ERP platforms, with a strong preference for SAP.
• Expertise in middleware platforms is essential; familiarity with SAP Integration Suite or CPI would be a significant asset.
• You demonstrate advanced scripting proficiency, particularly in languages such as Python, Groovy, or JavaScript.
• You are well-versed in API management, encompassing authentication protocols like OAuth, testing methodologies, and architectural documentation.
• You understand sophisticated data formats and integration protocols, including OData, REST, SOAP, IDocs, JSON, and XML.
• You are prepared to oversee technical blueprints and perform code reviews for deliverables produced by external partners.
• Solving intricate technical challenges while ensuring the security and consistency of data streams is something you truly enjoy.
• You exhibit a collaborative spirit, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; command of additional languages will be considered a plus.

As a Integration Engineer, you will join our Life Sciences team to design and deliver reliable integrations between N-SIDE solutions and our clients' SAP environments. You will play an instrumental role in the development of our SAP connector, working closely with external partners to support knowledge sharing, code quality, and architectural consistency. After launch, you will take full ownership of this connector, acting as the lead internal specialist for its maintenance, optimization, and future evolution. As our integration landscape grows, you will also contribute to the design and ownership of additional connectors and enterprise integrations that support our clients' evolving needs.
