We are currently looking for a Jr. Deployment & Support Technician to join our Data Software team in Madrid (fully on-site) in our factory in Madrid (Coslada). The Data Software team is dedicated to providing software developing based on Techinical specifications and support for our Mobile (Trusted Connectivity) business unit. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are looking to strengthen their technical skills in software deployment and support. As a Jr. Software Developer your primary responsibilities will be to support the production environment the DataGeneration applications developed and validated in DSW department and to provide technical support on DataGeneration software incidents in DG sites. Key Responsibilities - Deploy DataGeneration software in production environments - Provide Level 2 technical support for DataGen-related incidents - Follow internal procedures to ensure correct deployment and validation of the first processed batch - Monitor and troubleshoot issues to ensure system reliability and performance What we are looking for - Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field - Good level of English (both written and spoken) - This is an entry-level position, so we are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in programming or a similar technical role - Knowledge of VB.NET, C#, C++, and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL - Experience in Telco environments is a plus - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments - Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement What do we offer? - The opportunity to work on innovative technological projects in an international environment - Flexible working hours to support work-life balance - Private medical and life insurance - A collaborative and multicultural team, environment Our Culture At Valid, we foster an inclusive, diverse, and innovative environment where people are at the core of everything we do.
