consistent data across: MMP (ideally AppsFlyer) Ad Networks (Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, programmatic, etc.) Data Warehouse (BigQuery / Databricks) Product & analytics layer (e.g. Firebase) Design and validate postbacks (S2S), event mappings, attribution logic & windows Work on Web2App flows: capture parameters on landing pages, stitch into app attribution Configure and maintain deep linking / OneLink setups: parameter passing, click_id logic, deferred deep linking Collaborate with UA, Product, and Engineering: validate SDK implementations, ensure events are triggered correctly, raise and propose fixes when something breaks Work with subscription & monetization data: integrate RevenueCat / Adapty, handle webhook / S2S flows into the warehouse Support UA Managers by ensuring data reliability and correct implementation of campaign signals (events, revenue) Requirements Strong UA Background 5+ years of paid UA for mobile apps Deep knowledge of Google App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Ads, Meta

Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Moloco, Liftoff, Mintegral, Pinterest Ads, affiliate campaigns Attribution & Measurement Expertise Strong experience with MMPs (ideally AppsFlyer) Solid understanding of SKAN & probabilistic attribution, CTA vs VTA, incrementality & attribution trade-offs Know difference between IDFA and IDFV Technical & Debugging Skills Comfortable debugging missing installs, broken postbacks, data inconsistencies Validate data in BigQuery or similar, trace attribution issues across systems, understand identifiers flow SQL & Data Skills (Must-have) Solid SQL skills (BigQuery / Databricks or similar) Data & Cloud Experience with Google Cloud Platform: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Firestore / Cloud Storage Comfortable with separate datasets (App & Web2App) and their connections Experience with other environments like Databricks is a plus Payments, Subscriptions & Flows Understand A2A, W2A, A2W, W2W flows and where payment happens Know role of RevenueCat / Adapty, Stripe, Superwall Map user identifiers across platforms, impact of attribution in flows, common break points Product Analytics Experience with Amplitude, event tracking & data quality Fluent English Clear communication with UA, MarTech, and Data teams Big Plus Experience with Stripe webhooks, codebases, Xcode or Android Studio, own apps, cursor, Claude Code, ASO, organic uplift, CTV exposure You'll Probably Enjoy This Role If… Understand why MMP events misbehave for tROAS campaigns Dealt with quirks of UAC on iOS Comfortable reading SDK docs, speaking with developers to change event triggers Investigated data mismatches and attribution issues Mindset Doer, self-driven, embraces tutorials, forums, deep dives, AI tools Doesn't trust data blindly, enjoys debugging, loves understanding systems Explores repos, understands SDK, proposes fixes Benefits Work on a portfolio of apps, not just one Bridge between UA and Tech (MarTech layer) Own and shape measurement &
