Technical Requirements (Mandatory) Containerization: Deep proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for on-premise to cloud-native migrations. Modern Toolstack: Experience transitioning Atlassian stacks to GitHub, Jira, and Polarion with full lifecycle traceability. Infrastructure as Code: Solid knowledge of Terraform for multi-tenant and hospitalspecific environment isolation. LegacySupport: Ability to manage Windows Server and SOAP/WCF services during encapsulation phases. Scripting: Strong skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation. Technical Competencies (Recommended / Good to Have) Security Governance: Knowledge of Azure AD (Entra ID) and audit procedures under the NIST framework. Disaster Recovery: Configuration of backup strategies in Azure Recovery Services Vaults (RTO/RPO targets). Advanced Observability: Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language)
