Tech Lead / Scrum Master

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Scrum Master with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem to lead development activities and drive application modernization initiatives. Profile - 6+ years of experience in .NET development - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead - Solid experience in reverse engineering, application modernization, or technology migration - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Responsibilities - Lead development and ensure code quality and best practices - Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove blockers - Coordinate the team and act as a bridge between cross-functional teams - Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction Technical Skills - Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Framework 4.8, .NET Core, JavaScript, jQueryWeb - Development: HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs - Front-end: React or Angular - Database & Messaging: MSSQL, RabbitMQ - Version Control: Git - Architecture & Methodologies: MVC, WebForms, Clean Architecture Additional Skills - Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) - Ability to work in cross-functional environments - Proactive, autonomous, resilient under pressure, adaptable AI & Innovation - Practical experience with AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) - Ability to guide best practices, review AI-generated code, and define secure usage guardrails About Mphasis: Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
