Job description
As a Senior Power Platform Lead Developer, you are responsible for leading the technical design and delivery of complex Power Platform solutions. You combine deep technical expertise with ownership and leadership. You work closely with the Product Owner, Product Architect and Scrum Master to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards. In addition to delivery, you play a crucial role in architecture decisions, governance, DevOps maturity and knowledge sharing within the team. This role goes beyond development: you are a technical authority and sparring partner for architects, security and stakeholders., * Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical delivery, architecture and solution quality
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable enterprise solutions
- Work closely with the Product Architect on future-proof architecture and platform standards Act as technical lead for external-facing and security-sensitive applications
- Mentor and coach internal and external developers, raising overall technical maturity
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability, performance and security
- Promote a Zero Trust and security-by-design mindset
- Improve and standardize DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and reusable components
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to improve developer velocity and platform reliability
- Support multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining alignment and quality
Requirements

Do you thrive on building scalable, secure solutions and taking ownership from architecture to delivery? Then this role is for you., * Extensive experience (5+ years) with Microsoft Power Platform
- Deep knowledge of:
- Power Apps (Model Driven & Canvas)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Proven experience with Power Pages or external-facing Power Platform solutions
- Experience designing solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of security, identity, access management and governance
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems (APIs, connectors)
- Ability to make and defend architectural decisions
- Comfortable working independently while aligning with broader architecture and strategy
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Experience with provisioning flows, access management or approval workflows
- Experience working in large international organizations
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and platform enablement models
