Job description
This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role that is instrumental in positioning Cyferd's Platform as the best choice for organizations in a huge range of industries. The successful candidate will be working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Development., Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Technical Discovery: Lead technical discussions with prospects to understand business goals, pain points, and solution requirements.
- Solution Scoping: Translate customer requirements into scalable, reusable configurations that align with both business and technical needs.
- Platform Evangelism: Confidently demonstrate the Cyferd Platform's capabilities, positioning it as the leading choice for composable solutions across industries.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with Cyferd's sales team, providing technical expertise and building trust with prospective clients.
Solution Design & Development
- Design & Build: Develop customer-facing applications and workflows using the Cyferd Platform.
- Prototype & Iterate: Rapidly prototype, test, and refine solutions to address specific customer challenges.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure solutions are documented, maintainable, scalable, and meet high standards of usability and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in solution design processes, tools, and techniques.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with Product, Development, and other team members to deliver impactful outcomes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert internally and externally, mentoring colleagues and fostering best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Balance multiple projects, managing priorities, risks, and timelines while keeping stakeholders informed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, * Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of solution architecture, application development, and composable platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Ability to engage in highly technical conversations with senior stakeholders, confidently bridging business and technical worlds.
- Pre-Sales Experience: Proven ability to support technical sales processes, including discovery, scoping, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Development Capability: Hands-on development skills (web applications, workflows, integrations, or low/no-code platforms preferred).
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into business value.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, workflow automation, or composable/low-code solutions.
- Understanding of scalability, security, and maintainability in solution design.
- Previous experience in a startup or technology company is a plus.
