Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Administrator to oversee and maintain our company's online presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in web development, digital design, and user experience, ensuring our website remains visually appealing, functional, and optimised for search engines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital growth of our organisation through innovative design and technical expertise., * Manage and update website content using content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

  • Perform regular website maintenance, including troubleshooting technical issues, updating plugins, and ensuring site security.
  • Develop and implement responsive web designs using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, and Less to optimise user experience across devices.
  • Utilise front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js, Redux, and AJAX to enhance website functionality.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve site navigation and overall user experience (UX).
  • Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics and implement SEO best practices to increase visibility.
  • Design graphics and optimise images with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes using Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Figma, Visio or Adobe XD to plan new features or redesigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on information architecture, UI/UX design, and interaction design principles.
  • Maintain data integrity by managing databases with MySQL or SQL; perform data analysis as needed.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms to engage users effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and optimise website usability for all users.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Bootstrap; knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js is desirable.

  • Strong understanding of responsive web design principles for seamless performance across devices. Desirable
