Job description
Job Summary: The Software Support Engineer is part of the Tech Support team and supports the Customer Success team. Provide ticket resolution with analysis, troubleshooting & coding. This role works closely with senior engineers to facilitate timely ticket resolution, product stability, and contribute to product development efforts. This position participates in the product development team's collaborative agile processes, including code reviews and team standups., * Address customer support issues via bug fixes, data cleanup, etc.
- Develop and assist with automated software testing
- Develop new product features and enhancements
Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Linux
- Web-based application development (Python | Django | jQuery | Bootstrap | Javascript | React
- SQL | Relational Database | Git (version control)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, self-discipline to be productive if remote, attention to detail.
Credentials and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field with coding experience
Other Skills or Certifications
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified, Google Professional Cloud Developer, Docker Certified Associate, Python Institute Certifications etc.
