Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Support Specialist to support training initiatives related to manufacturing readiness, personnel qualification, and GMP compliance within a biotechnology manufacturing environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting learning and development programs while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams., * Support the development, revision, and maintenance of GMP training curricula and certification programs.
- Assist in coordinating and executing Instructor-Led Training (ILT), SOP-based training, and knowledge assessments.
- Assign, track, and maintain training records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the creation and update of training materials, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content aligns with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to training effectiveness evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and inspection-ready training documentation.
- Assist with training scheduling, reporting, and administrative activities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Healthcare, Education, or a related field; or currently pursuing a related degree.
- Minimum 3 months of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional experience supporting training, manufacturing, quality, or regulated environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills., * Experience or strong interest in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with GMP/cGMP, GxP, or regulated industry requirements.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as GxPLearn, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to SOP management, compliance training, training documentation, or quality systems.

- Have you assigned, tracked, or maintained employee training records within an LMS?
- Do you have experience supporting SOP-based training, compliance training, or training documentation activities?
- Have you coordinated or supported Instructor-Led Training (ILT), onboarding, or training sessions?
