Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team. This role is designed for someone looking to build a foundation in business analysis and IT Business solutions. You will primarily focus on supporting daily operations, executing core administrative tasks, and assisting senior team members in maintaining efficient business processes., * Administrative Support: Complete essential administrative tasks and maintain organized records to keep departmental operations on track.
- Data & Research: Assist senior team members by utilizing Excel, SQL, and Python to manipulate, validate, and analyze datasets, ensuring data accuracy and identifying key trends.
- Documentation & Notetaking: Attend meetings to take and distribute detailed notes and assist in creating basic process documentation.
- Reporting: Maintain and update recurring reports and queries to help the team track key findings.
- Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information on their needs and provide regular status updates.
- Quality Support: Assist with initial quality assurance reviews and verify data accuracy before final implementation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Writing skills?, * Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an office environment, ideally within IT or benefits administration.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and a high level of comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Python, JavaScript and Smartsheet.
- Communication: Clear business writing skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Mindset: A proactive, service-oriented approach with a strong desire to learn and take direction from management.
- Reliability: Self-motivated with the ability to manage routine tasks independently in a collaborative setting.
Work Environment & Schedule
- This is a five day-a-week on-site position in an office setting, located in Los Angeles, CA. No hybrid or remote work options available.
- Regular paid overtime is required and is an essential function of this role.
- Minimal to no travel is expected.
