Job description

As the Marketing Technology Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the technical execution and ongoing maintenance of the organization's digital marketing platforms and systems. This role works closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and Digital Content Manager to implement SEO recommendations, support website and ecommerce content updates, and maintain the tools and data hygiene that enable effective digital marketing. Through proactive troubleshooting, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help deliver seamless digital experiences that support business growth across North America.

  • Website Operations: Support the maintenance, optimization, and day-to-day management of ecommerce and brand websites.
  • Technical SEO Execution: Implement SEO improvements and maintain website health to support organic performance.
  • Marketing Technology Support: Maintain and troubleshoot marketing platforms, email systems, and customer data processes.
  • Digital Content Implementation: Support webpage development and content publishing in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Platform Performance & Optimization: Ensure digital systems, integrations, and tools operate effectively and reliably.

Essential Functions

  • Perform routine website maintenance across ecommerce and brand websites.
  • Build and maintain basic webpages and landing pages within WordPress and ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor and resolve broken links, redirects, forms, and other website issues impacting user experience and performance, working with Sales Ops on deeper technical issues as needed.
  • Support plugin updates, SSL certificate renewals, and general website maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate more complex web development requests with Sales Ops and external development resources as needed.
  • Implement SEO recommendations provided by the Growth Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain metadata, internal linking structures, redirects, schema markup, and other on-page SEO elements.
  • Monitor indexing, crawlability, page speed, and website health issues and implement corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Support ongoing optimization efforts to improve organic visibility and site performance.
  • Provide technical support for email marketing campaigns, including HTML formatting and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain marketing automation platforms and support campaign execution.
  • Support Sales Ops efforts to ensure CRM and contact databases are accurate, organized, and maintained according to best practices.
  • Assist with tracking tags, forms, integrations, and other digital marketing technologies.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors or technical partners when necessary.
  • Publish and update website and ecommerce content in collaboration with the Digital Content Manager.
  • Support content formatting, image optimization, and page layouts to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to verify links, functionality, and content accuracy.
  • Assist with digital campaign implementation across web and email channels.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Digital Sales, Sales Operations, and external partners to support digital initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical resource for digital marketing automation processes and platforms.

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong understanding of website content management systems, including WordPress and ecommerce platforms.

  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience supporting email marketing platforms and marketing automation systems.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Understanding of website performance, usability, and digital customer experience principles.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other digital performance tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools for reporting and analysis.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting websites, digital marketing platforms, or marketing technology systems.
  • Experience working with content management systems and ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience supporting email marketing or marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • Experience implementing technical SEO improvements and website optimizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management practices preferred.

Working Conditions

  • This position is based in Vancouver, Washington and follows a hybrid work schedule. Local candidates are preferred, though remote arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
  • Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Central Standard Time (CST) employee preferred.
  • Primarily operates in a standard office environment, with occasional travel to events, production facilities, or warehouse locations as needed.
