AI Project Manager - Agile Delivery & Governance

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional teams using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to drive successful project execution, governance, and business impact., * Define project objectives, scope, success criteria, and delivery strategies for AI-focused initiatives.

• Develop and maintain hybrid project plans incorporating Agile, sprint-based delivery, milestones, resource planning, and budget alignment.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.
• Support portfolio governance through structured reporting, execution frameworks, and delivery oversight.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across teams while adapting to evolving AI governance requirements.

• Proven experience managing AI, Machine Learning, or technology-focused projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile Project Management, including Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Experience leading complex projects involving planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and integration principles.
• Strong communication, leadership, governance, and change management skills.

• Estimated hourly range: $75-$80/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
