Job description

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an Applications Analyst to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for assigned enterprise applications, providing advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Manage application administration activities including configuration, upgrades, patching, testing, monitoring, and feature implementation
  • Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and implement enhancements that improve operational effectiveness and user experience
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and technology improvements
  • Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and educational sessions for supported applications
  • Research emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, and recommend opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Participate in after-hours support and maintenance activities as needed for critical university systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's degree

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting, administering, or implementing enterprise applications
  • Experience providing advanced technical support for business-critical systems and applications
  • Background supporting SaaS, cloud-hosted, and on-premises enterprise solutions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Understanding of identity and access management concepts such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and enterprise application interoperability concepts

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with scripting, automation, or development technologies such as PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or APIs
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles and knowledge management practices
  • Interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and user support
