The Lead, Cloud Security Architecture develops the reference architecture and blueprints needed for the approved cloud services to be utilized by Humana. The Lead, Cloud Security Architecture works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Lead, Cloud Security Architecture identify, define, and design security architecture requirements and secure designs for technology solutions across Humana's business, information technology, and security domains. The Security Architect leads the development of technical architecture blueprints and designs and ensures alignment of security & risk imperatives with business priorities., The Lead, Cloud Security Architecture works with relevant EIP stakeholders to ensure the associated security standards, templates, and security safeguards & controls for Humana's cloud application architecture are in place (and, if necessary, in partnership with the cloud service provider). Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Candidate should have experience with microservice architecture, containers, Kubernetes, service-mesh, machine learning, big-data and analytic technologies., Bachelor's degree

Experience in technical Cybersecurity architecture

Experience integrating Cybersecurity technologies with existing technologies

Experience implementing Cybersecurity technologies with enterprise-wide impact

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in a Technical Field

CISSP or CEH certification

Vendor neutral cloud security certification (CCSP, CCSK)

Experience in Application Security

Architecture Certification in one of the leading cloud platforms
