This role is ideal for a mid-level engineer who enjoys hands-on coding, working across multiple projects, and contributing to system integration in a fast-paced environment., * Develop and maintain software applications using C++, C#, Python, and/or Java

• Contribute to multiple projects, supporting development across various system components
• Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative development efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful system integration
• Utilize DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps) for development and tracking
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and integration issues
• Support technical decision-making and contribute ideas to improve solutions and processes

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• 4-8 years of experience in software development
• Experience with object-oriented programming in C++, C#, or Python
• Exposure to real-time or embedded systems (Linux, RTOS, or similar environments)
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time during standard business hours, * Experience with defense or mission-critical systems (e.g., navigation, control systems, or similar domains)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps
• Exposure to embedded systems development or distributed architectures
• Experience supporting integration and testing efforts
• Background in fast-paced or prototyping-focused environments, * Software Development (C++, C#, Python)
• Agile Methodologies
• Real-Time / Embedded Systems (foundational knowledge)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niceville, FL. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $76.92/hr.
