What You'll Do
- Operate, maintain, and improve core infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, routing, switching and cloud environments
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, System Access and endpoint management
- Monitor system and network health, respond to incidents, and lead root cause analysis for complex issues
- Manage backup, disaster recovery, patching, and security hardening to support business continuity and data protection
- Support virtualization, cloud administration and infrastructure lifecycle planning across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Environments
- Maintain technical documentation, network maps, SOP's, and operational run books
- Partner with internal teams, vendors and leadership to deliver infrastructure projects and improve system performance
- Participate in on-call and after our support as needed for critical alerts outages and maintenance windows
Requirements
Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 8+ years of professional experience and networking systems, engineering systems, administration or related infrastructure roles
- Strong, hands-on experience with window server, environments, networking, and enterprise systems administration
- Required experience with active directory and Intune
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure in Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of monitoring system, cyber security practices, backup and recovering, and disaster recovery planning
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science information technology systems engineering or related field
- Technical certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Linux or related platforms are a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telecom, broadband, call center, or high-availability service environments
- Five9 phone system or telecommunications/SIP trunk experience
- Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations
- Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Python or similar tools
- Vendor management, project delivery, and cross-functional systems integration experience
Physical requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods (sitting/standing).
- Ability to be mobile for long periods and walk long distances at event venues.
- Ability to lift and move event materials and inventory up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor/outdoor event environments (noise, allergens, temperature and lighting changes).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000 annually Compensation is based on experience, education, and job-related qualifications in accordance with Colorado law.)
