Job description
Our client is seeking an IT Help Desk Coordinator to join their team on a temporary assignment. This position will provide hands-on technical support to employees and serve as a key resource for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues., * Provide first-level Help Desk support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related software
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows environments
- Assist with Active Directory user support and account management
- Set up and support printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Track and maintain IT equipment inventory
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to employees
- Assist with technology-related projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
Do you have experience in Computer science?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- OR
- Previous Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or IT Support experienceTechnical Experience Preferred
- Windows operating systems
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office 365
- Desktop and laptop support
- LAN/WAN networking fundamentals
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ticketing systems
