Job description
- Assist in monitoring data quality metrics, scorecards, and controls to identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
- Investigate data discrepancies and support root cause analysis efforts in partnership with Data Quality, Reporting, and Data Engineering teams.
- Track and document data quality issues, resolutions, and corrective actions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality control documentation.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and governance assessments by gathering and organizing required documentation.
- Recommend process improvements that enhance data quality, governance effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Perform data profiling and monitor data quality by working with data stewards and quality leads to support remediation efforts.
- Partner with product owners and agile teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of data-related projects.
- Interpret data models and convert user requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (required)

Familiarity with data governance principles or data management best practices is a plus.

2-4 years' experience in data identification, querying, cleaning, wrangling, checking quality, working with common relational and non-relational databases in big data environments on both on-prem and cloud such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud (Preferred)

2-4 years' experience articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using data (Preferred)

2-4 years' experience in writing and speaking about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences and giving data-driven presentations (Preferred)

2-4 years' experience working with relational databases using SQL (Preferred)

2-4 years' experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc (Preferred)

2-4 years' experience with big data architecture and pipeline, such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Kafka is a plus (Preferred)
