- Diagnose and repair issues on various mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, concoles and other portable electronics and internet and phone service.
- Perform hardware repairs on computers and laptops, including replacing components like screens, batteries, and internal parts using hand tools.
- Troubleshoot software problems across multiple operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to analyze circuit boards and perform soldering or component replacements as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of repaired devices to ensure optimal functionality before returning them to customers.
- Provide clear technical support and guidance to customers regarding device operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for quality assurance.

- Knowledge of computer hardware components including motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex electronic issues.
- Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software failures quickly.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling clear customer interactions in a bilingual environment.
