Senior Software Engineer

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems to ensure performance, reliability, and stability

• Build and enhance observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain system health

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers to drive technical excellence and continuous improvement

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally within SaaS environments

• Proven success in designing and delivering scalable, reliable software solutions in production environments

• In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework, React, and SQL/database optimization

• Ability to commute to our Skopje office 2 days a week (hybrid working model)

• Sincere interest in building secure, high-quality software that contributes to safer healthcare outcomes

• A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams while also operating independently in complex environments
