Job description
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and cloud technologies, with the ability to build scalable AI applications that solve real-world business challenges., * Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning models and AI solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Analyze large datasets and implement predictive analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance in production environments.
- Implement best practices for model testing, validation, and deployment.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and model architectures.
- Stay current with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or NLP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed computing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Currently residing in the United States.
- Valid authorization to work in the USA.
- Available to work remotely in US business hours.
