Systems Engineer

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• Requires a bachelor's degree with 9-15 years of experience or a Masters with 7-13 years of experience
• Engineering or Technical Background - 6+years of experience in any combination of Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering, Procurement, Production Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Cost-Modeling Software Proficiency - Demonstrated ability to learn and apply complex cost-modeling tools such as SEER or TruePlanning
• CAD & Engineering Drawing Literacy - Ability to interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Microsoft Office Suite Mastery - Advanced use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Data-Driven Decision Making - experience conducting data analysis and making recommendations
