Job description

Build and lead high-performing DevOps teams to support data engineering, analytics engineering, and operations.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and pipeline frameworks;

Establish best practices for data validation, cleansing, monitoring, and lineage to improve enterprise data trust.

Enable advanced analytics and AI-driven insights, supporting optimization, forecasting, and decision-making.

Drive DevOps/DataOps practices across data and analytics teams to improve speed, quality, and accountability.

Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to align data initiatives with strategic priorities, including Symphony readiness.

Establish KPIs and accountability for data quality, platform performance, and business impact.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data governance standards, maintaining integrity and confidentiality of enterprise data

Maintain compliance with CCS's policies, procedures and mission statement;

Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;

Requirements
Do you have experience in Technology management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with strong focus on data engineering and analytics;
- 3+ years of experience delivering technology solutions and operational functions in a cloud-native environment;
- 10+ years of overall technology experience preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare organization strongly preferred;
- Proven experience defining and executing enterprise data strategy and architecture;
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, data lakes, data ingestion pipelines, data modeling and architecture;
- Experience leading data engineering and analytics teams at scale;
- Strong understanding of DevOps/DataOps practices and modern software development methodologies;
- Experience driving data quality improvement initiatives and platform reliability enhancements;
- Experience designing and developing AI/ML or advanced analytics initiatives preferred;
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, deliver complex technology programs, and influence stakeholders;
- Leads and manages employees, delegating work, assigning projects, providing guidance and development opportunities, as well as reviewing and providing feedback on performance on a regular basis;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts, internal / external customers and peers;
- Analytic, detail-oriented and highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field is required.

United States Remote $196,600 - $220,000 a year, Compensation: $196,600 - $220,000 annually
