We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. · Design and improve scalable IT infrastructure, including network architecture and cybersecurity
· Serve as the primary IT advisor to leadership on systems, software, and strategic planning
· Manage hardware/software lifecycle, inventory, and multi-site connectivity
· Administer network systems (Wi-Fi, firewalls, DNS, internet, printers)
· Oversee IT support operations and ticketing system; ensure timely issue resolution
· Maintain accurate device and asset records
· Provide technical support and basic training to staff
· Support and optimize Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
· Communicate IT policies and updates to ensure staff awareness and compliance
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Interpersonal skills?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, · Associate's degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
· 6-8 years of IT experience, preferably in an educational or nonprofit environment
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+) preferred
· Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices
· Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
· Valid driver's license
· Commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
· Flexible and adaptable to changing organizational needs

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
