- Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ and VSAM.
- Experience in Netron Frame technology.
- Experience in enterprise-level ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Manager, etc.) and their operational workflows.
- Worked on waterfall and agile methodology projects; capable of handling - Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests simultaneously.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications and database queries.
- Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams
- Understand both functional and technical requirements and provide implementation/change options aligned with business needs.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in mainframe application development, support and maintenance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, IMS DC/DB, MQ and VSAM, Netron Frame Technology. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience with version control systems and software development tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $102,000 to $148,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, includean annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
