Job description
- Facilitate and support two agile teams within a growing agile environment
- Work closely with both business and technology stakeholders to drive value delivery
- Manage and resolve cross-team and programme-level dependencies and risks
- Ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement
- Champion the use of SAFe practices and promote agile mindset throughout the teams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment
- Demonstrable hands-on software development background
- SAFe Scrum Master certification
- Proven ability to manage dependencies in complex programmes; knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage
- Language skills: English (fluent), German is an advantage

- Excellent coaching capabilities to guide teams and individuals
- Comfort operating with senior stakeholders and business users in demanding environments
