Job description

  • Contact for IT-related questions about systems, network infrastructures, and occurring issues
  • Setup, administration, monitoring, and further development of IT systems
  • 1st and 2nd level support for the applications currently in use
  • Analysis, resolution, and follow-up of issues
  • Support and participation in internal IT projects
  • Communication with service providers and manufacturers regarding hardware and software problems

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in the IT field or training as an IT specialist (all genders) for system integration
  • Professional experience in the IT field is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, professional and friendly interaction with colleagues (all genders), and a pronounced user and service orientation
  • Enjoyment of user support and the continuous development of systems
  • Technical and conceptual knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures
  • Confident handling of Windows clients, MS Office, and MS365 products
  • Knowledge in the network area (Sophos, HP) is desirable
  • Knowledge in the area of governance (GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001) is desirable
  • Knowledge in virtualization (vmWare) and alternative operating systems like Linux, etc.
  • Knowledge in ERP software and/or technical application software (PLM, CAD, SCM) is advantageous
  • Knowledge in operating monitoring tools (PTRG, Veeam One, Nagios) is advantageous
  • Very good German and good English skills
