Job description
- Contact for IT-related questions about systems, network infrastructures, and occurring issues
- Setup, administration, monitoring, and further development of IT systems
- 1st and 2nd level support for the applications currently in use
- Analysis, resolution, and follow-up of issues
- Support and participation in internal IT projects
- Communication with service providers and manufacturers regarding hardware and software problems
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the IT field or training as an IT specialist (all genders) for system integration
- Professional experience in the IT field is desirable
- Strong communication skills, professional and friendly interaction with colleagues (all genders), and a pronounced user and service orientation
- Enjoyment of user support and the continuous development of systems
- Technical and conceptual knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures
- Confident handling of Windows clients, MS Office, and MS365 products
- Knowledge in the network area (Sophos, HP) is desirable
- Knowledge in the area of governance (GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001) is desirable
- Knowledge in virtualization (vmWare) and alternative operating systems like Linux, etc.
- Knowledge in ERP software and/or technical application software (PLM, CAD, SCM) is advantageous
- Knowledge in operating monitoring tools (PTRG, Veeam One, Nagios) is advantageous
- Very good German and good English skills
