This role goes beyond building models: you will be responsible for technical strategy, quality standards and growing engineering talent, shaping the future of our ML delivery practice. To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including: - 6 - 8 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields. - Proficiency in Python programming. - Expertise in ML/DL libraries and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch). - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau, D3.js). - Deep learning experience (e.g., RNNs, CNNs) and strong knowledge of clustering, regression, and classification methods. - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying LLM-based applications, including RAG systems, with a strong understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval pipelines. - Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments, REST APIs, and microservices. - Experience with ML deployment, production pipelines, and scalable architectures on platforms such as AzureML, AWS and GCP. - Experience with Data and AI platforms (Databricks, Dataiku, Snowflake). Certifications are a plus. - Demonstrated technical and project leadership, with the ability to guide complex initiatives and deliver results. - Strong mentorship skills and experience managing or coaching teams to reach their full potential. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives. - Fluent in English, French is a plus.
