Mid-Senior Frontend & Full-Stack Engineers

Open Ended Long-term Cont ract This role offers flexibility depending on your strengths and experi ence. Engineers with stronger frontend expertise will spend most of their time building modern user interfaces and customer experiences, while engineers with full stack experience will also contribute to backend systems, APIs, and application archite cture. You'll be expec ted to:* Develop modern web applications and digital experiences using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling* Build responsive user interfaces for customer-facing platforms and interna l tools* Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA teams, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software so lutions* Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code aligned with engineering best pr actices* Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and pr ocesses* Build and integrate APIs and backend services where r equired* Work with PHP-based applications and frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel* Support containerised development workflows using Docker* Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation act ivities* Utilise AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor to improve productivity and d elivery* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across software quality, user experience, and engineering pr ocesses* Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver busines s value This role suits engineers who enjoy collaborative product development, solving real-world problems, and working across modern web techn ologies.
