Job description

  • Lead the delivery of ERP implementation projects for a portfolio of clients.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party partners.
  • Facilitate project governance, steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure successful execution of workshops, testing, training, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction while maintaining project profitability and delivery objectives.

Requirements

Client Liaison, ERP / MRP Systems, This role will see you working directly with customers, internal consulting teams, and technical specialists to manage ERP implementation programmes from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation support. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing several concurrent projects and ensuring exceptional delivery standards., * Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects in a Project Manager capacity.

  • Previous experience working for an ERP vendor, ERP consultancy, systems integrator, or software delivery organisation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP deployment methodologies and project governance frameworks.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Experience with ERP solutions such as IFS, Unit4, Infor, Epicor, or similar.

Desirable Skills:

  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.

  • Experience within SaaS or cloud-based ERP environments.
