Job description

Install, Configure And Troubleshoot Both In-House And Third-Party Applications

  • Install Configure And Troubleshoot Computer Hardware On Laptops And Desktops

  • Configure And Support Mobile Devices Including iPhones, iPads And Other Peripheral Devices

  • Image, Configure And Deploy Desktops And Laptops To End Users

  • Engage With And Escalate Tickets To Senior Technicians

  • Work With Other IT Teams On Projects And Cases

  • Other Physical Work On Site When Needed (Deploy/Move Equipment, Etc.)

  • Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues With Users Onsite and Remote

  • Setup, Configure And Troubleshoot Virtual Machines

  • Complete Other Tasks As Necessary

  • Support The IT Walkup Area Where End Users Come to Get Their Issues Resolved

Requirements
