• 10+ years of experience in an MSP environment or equivalent IT infrastructure role 10+ years of hands-on IT support experience Senior-level experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting: Windows Server and Desktop operating systems Active Directory DNS Microsoft 365 VMware vSphere Veeam Group Policy Enterprise servers and SAN infrastructure Advanced experience with Fortinet solutions, including: FortiGate Firewalls Fortinet switches Fortinet wireless access points Fortinet security products Strong knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Azure, AWS, and cloud technologies Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least two of the following areas: Networking VMware vSphere Current Windows Server platforms PowerShell Active Directory Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
