Job description
- Provide technical and thought leadership for Data Engineering and Business Intelligence functions
- Design, implement, and operate a strategy for robust, scalable data pipelines supporting business intelligence and machine learning initiatives
- Develop and maintain core data frameworks and key infrastructure
- Design data warehouse architecture and data models for efficient, cost-effective reporting
- Define and implement data governance processes, including data discovery, lineage, access control, and quality assurance
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical architecture?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, with familiarity in handling clinical, claims, or patient data
- Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) and their impact on data architecture and governance
- Proven experience designing and building scalable data pipelines (batch and/or streaming)
- Strong background in data warehouse design and dimensional/data modeling
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks, including data lineage, access controls, and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency with SQL and at least one programming language commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, Scala)
- Experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, or similar)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
