• Equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5-7 years of UX/UI design experience required.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with UX/UI Design and Digital Product Design.

• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, or similar design tools.

• Experience creating:

• Wireframes

• User flows

• Interactive prototypes

• Visual design assets

• High-fidelity UI mockups

Knowledge of Interaction Architecture, Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and usability standards.

Experience with Design Sprints and Agile methodologies.

Understanding of:

• Human-Centered Design (HCD)
• User research and usability principles
• Human-computer interaction
• Web application design trends
• Digital product strategy

Ability to understand software industry trends, technologies, and future product directions.

Knowledge of web software design and development processes.
