Senior CRM Systems Developer

This role combines application development, customer data management, CRM platform support, and marketing technology integration. The ideal candidate will have experience building and supporting enterprise applications while leveraging Python, SQL, cloud data platforms, and CRM technologies to enable customer analytics, marketing initiatives, and data-driven business decisions., * Design, develop, configure, and maintain CRM, customer data, and marketing applications that support business objectives.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and create detailed technical specifications and documentation.
• Develop, test, and implement application enhancements while ensuring adherence to SDLC, architecture, and quality standards.
• Perform unit testing, participate in system and integration testing, and conduct code reviews to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Support customer data and analytics initiatives, including customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and lifecycle reporting.
• Develop and support data integrations, workflows, and data pipelines across enterprise systems and platforms.
• Proactively identify technical risks, troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and communicate project status and estimates to stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and development practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• 5+ years of systems analysis and application development experience, ideally on CRM or marketing technology platforms.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using modern technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, or similar programming frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, large datasets, and data validation.
• Experience using Python for automation, analytics, and problem-solving, including Jupyter Notebook or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, technical design, testing practices, code quality, and application architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Microsoft Teams, Agile delivery environments, and collaborative development practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred experience with CRM and customer data platforms, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Customer Insights, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Alteryx, Master Data Management, event-driven integrations, AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), and customer analytics/reporting environments.
