Job description
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Manage and support VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, wireless networks, and connectivity issues.
- Support firewall administration and security technologies.
- Deploy, configure, and support Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage user provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, access control, and endpoint security.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain documentation, asset records, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Network Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and/or vCenter.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Active Directory environments.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networking environments.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing concepts.
- Experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills., * Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, or similar enterprise firewall platforms.
- Experience configuring Cisco, Aruba, Dell, HP, or Meraki switches.
- Experience with ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platforms.
- Experience supporting macOS environments.
- Industry certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or related technologies.
