Sr Solutions Architect

Must be willing to work in office for 5 days and authorized to work on a W2 for any employer without needing the sponsorship now or in the future.

Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for a realtime decisioning platform, leading by example through daily handson development designing and coding core components endtoend to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and longterm maintainability.

Must Have Technical Skills: l Modern Java depth Java 17 + /Java 21 l Spring Boot l MongoDB l Distributed system design l Performance tuning l Rest API's l Observability & Reliability ( logging, tracing, etc.) l Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat Open shift).
