System Administrator

Our client is looking for a new on-site team member to provide primary technical support and computer operations for all of their provided resources. This is a full time direct hire opportunity with a compensated salary and benefits included.

What will you be doing?

• Maintain enterprise level systems and system performance by performing monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting problems; escalating problems to vendor
• Execute add/moves/changes on user accounts throughout enterprise level systems
• Manage system and software problems by reviewing logs, records, and configurations
• Plan and assist in design of new/emerging hardware, software, and infrastructure strategies by conferring with vendors; evaluating, testing, and installing enhancements
• Maintain knowledge of Company's systems, hardware, and software
• Repair unplanned events that adversely affect the computing environment
• Support users with remote access

• 2+ years post high school education in Computer Science or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of professional IT experience in a multi-site corporate network
• Thin client management experience preferred
• Exposure to Microsoft Enterprise software including but not limited to Azure, Entra, InTune and Defender.
