Job description

  • Hiring a senior-level ServiceNow developer focused on IRM/GRC/TPRM delivery within a collaborative dev environment
  • Will work directly with product managers and stakeholders to execute backlog and deliver risk/compliance solutions
  • Strong exposure to AI-enabled automation within ServiceNow is a plus

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience (IRM, GRC, TPRM focus)
  • Hands-on with modules like Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk
  • Strong JavaScript + Glide API + Flow Designer experience
  • Experience building integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
  • Agile/Scrum delivery background (hands-on sprint work)
  • Knowledge of GRC frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC2, etc.)

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CIS-RC, VRM, CAD)
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI / Predictive Intelligence / Virtual Agent
  • Background in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, etc.)
