Job description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud CX Portal Consultant to support the design and implementation of customer-facing portal solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud or Oracle CX Cloud and experience delivering customer collaboration and self-service portal capabilities., * Design and implement customer portal solutions that enable:
- Customers to view sales order status.
- Customers to place orders through the portal.
- Customers to access and review sales contracts.
- Collaborative product development and customer engagement during product development phases.
Conduct requirements gathering and solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Lead customer workshops independently and provide functional guidance and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and user adoption.
Requirements

7+ years of experience working with Oracle Order Management Cloud or Oracle CX Cloud.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.

Experience with customer portal solutions, including:

Custom-developed customer portals

Oracle Commerce

Oracle iStore
Strong understanding of customer collaboration processes and portal-based interactions., * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently facilitate workshops and drive discussions with both business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
- Experience working in complex Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
