SAP Functional Analyst / SAP MES Integration Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst/Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integrations and production operations. This role will be responsible for leading functional design, requirements gathering, integration strategy, and optimization of SAP ERP solutions with shop-floor manufacturing systems., * Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to gather and document business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP ERP integrations with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Ensure seamless data flow between ERP and shop-floor systems, including production orders, inventory transactions, quality data, and manufacturing execution activities.
• Design and support integration scenarios using SAP integration technologies and middleware.
• Provide functional expertise across manufacturing and production operations processes.
• Participate in solution architecture reviews, testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT), training, and post-deployment support.
• Troubleshoot integration and production support issues while driving continuous process improvements.
• Work closely with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of manufacturing business processes, SAP functional modules, and ERP-to-MES integrations within complex manufacturing environments., * Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of SAP Functional Analyst/Consultant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience integrating SAP with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Extensive experience authoring Functional Specifications (FS) and solution design documentation.
• Experience working within Agile and/or SDLC delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including IDocs, REST/SOAP services, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, production execution, material traceability, and quality processes.
• Strong experience in the following SAP modules:

• PP (Production Planning)
• MM (Materials Management)
• QM (Quality Management)

• Working knowledge of WM/EWM, PM, SD, or PS modules is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration programs.
• Knowledge of modern integration technologies, including SAP CPI and API Management.
• Experience with:

• Complex BOM and Routing Management
• Serial/Lot Traceability
• Engineering Change Management (ECM)
• Maintenance & Repair Operations (MRO)

• Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing transformation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and production support capabilities.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager, or similar platforms.
• SAP Certifications in PP, MM, Integration, or related areas are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
