We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders., * Bachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

As a Salesforce Project Manager you will lead & own the end-to-end delivery of global, outcomes Salesforce implementations using Agile methodologies and modern, AI-enabled delivery practices.

10+ years of total experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects

Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Architects and Technical Leads (hands-on configuration is not required)

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and assertively with senior stakeholders and executives

Experience managing teams of 7-10+ technical resources.

Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting: Experience with:

Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).

Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.

Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.

Experience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.
